1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Naga33, an online entertainment and gaming platform operated under the relevant licences and in compliance with applicable regulations. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Naga33 ("Platform", "We", "Company").

This document governs the entire relationship between you and Naga33, including use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided on the platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Naga33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to register for or use the Naga33 platform. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition of platform use.

2. Member Eligibility

The Naga33 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Registration or use of the platform by anyone who does not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• At least 18 years old on the date of account registration.
• Be located in Malaysia or be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
• Not identified as an individual who has registered for a self-exclusion programme on any recognised gambling platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• Not to register on behalf of another individual or any third party.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to own and operate only one (1) account on Naga33 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, with all balances and bonuses forfeited without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. The details you will need to provide include:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and active email address.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• Valid payment information for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Naga33 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time. You are responsible for keeping all details in your account up to date should any changes occur. Failure to provide accurate information or to make required updates may result in account suspension or delays in withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit: Naga33 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. Currently supported methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM10 and processed instantly into your account.

Naga33 does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Any deposit received from an unidentifiable or third-party source will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and to safeguard members' funds. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and the verification status of your account.

• Withdrawals to e-wallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX to a bank account typically take 1 to 3 business days to process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The maximum daily withdrawal amount is subject to your member account tier.

5. Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Naga33 — including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback, and seasonal offers — are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following conditions apply generally to all bonuses at Naga33:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members — one claim per member, per promotion, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Naga33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Welcome Bonus up to RM100 is available to new members making their first deposit only. A daily 20% Reload Bonus is available to existing members who make additional deposits in accordance with the current promotional terms.
• Weekly cashback of up to 10% is calculated based on net losses within a specified period and will be credited to the account according to the set schedule.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the Naga33 platform — including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Virtual Sports, Blackjack, Roulette, and others — are governed by their respective game rules, which can be found in the platform's help or game guide sections. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Game results are final once a round or hand is completed. No appeals may be made against valid game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a round from being completed, Naga33 will use server data to determine the status of the round and refund the wager if necessary.
• Accepted and confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a round has begun, except in the event of a clear technical error.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or employ any unauthorized method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, markets that open during live matches are subject to bet limits and sport-specific rules applicable to that event.

7. Member Conduct

All Naga33 members are required to interact with the platform, live dealers, and fellow members in a respectful and responsible manner. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language in game chat functions or customer support channels.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or unlawful activity on or through the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated scripts to interact with the platform without Naga33's written consent.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Making false claims about the Naga33 platform with the intent to damage its reputation or deceive other users.
• Any form of money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Naga33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, on the following grounds:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Verification that a member does not meet eligibility criteria (e.g., underage, not a Malaysian resident).
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Requests from relevant authorities or in compliance with legal requirements.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documentation within the specified timeframe.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Naga33 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with that breach. Original deposit funds (excluding bonuses) may be returned at Naga33's discretion upon completion of the investigation, unless they are linked to unlawful activity.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with Naga33's Responsible Gaming policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Naga33 operates the platform on a best-efforts basis to ensure 24/7 availability, security, and smooth operation. However, Naga33 is not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond Naga33's control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses resulting from valid game outcomes.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your password or login credentials.
• The accuracy of information provided by third parties in the context of sports or e-sports events.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by KYC procedures or third-party verification requirements beyond Naga33's control.

Under no circumstances shall Naga33's maximum liability for any claim exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to that claim being submitted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
